Embracing a wide range of shops, eateries and public events, The Potteries Shopping Centre wanted to present itself as the complete shopping experience.
We were asked to design a mailer aimed at driving footfall and increasing customer loyalty to be targeted at 10,000 women outside the immediate catchment area. The impactive and informative mailer had a secondary purpose; to capture data.
Due to the success of the original mailer a second design was distributed in January.
To date, the Centre has already received hundreds of responses.
STA handle advertising, graphic design, print and media buying, and meet regularly with the client to discuss forthcoming aspects of their promotional campaign and shifts in marketing strategy.
